Return & Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of precision pre-cut products, returns are subject to the following conditions.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

* Incorrect product was supplied
* Product is damaged during transit
* Product has a manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable Products

* Opened or used products
* Installed products
* Custom-cut or specially produced kits
* Products damaged due to improper installation

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Replacement Policy

Where applicable, Scratchgard may choose to replace the product rather than issue a refund.
